From being a small petty trader to a medium scale trading company has been a long journey. Honest service providers to our customers - we have often been bruised by `con men' who came in the shape of our `employees' - `suppliers' - and even`customers'. We have forgotten and forgiven all and inspite of them have S U R V I V E D. It is mainly thanks to the `TRUST' of our genuine employees, suppliers and customers - who have stayed on and made us what we are today.
Doubly committed - thanks to OPTUS `parivar' - we now have a mission statement - TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. No matter what - we have set out to achieve it with the help of our employees and suppliers.
